Depending on the type of logistics option you have chosen, insurance may or may not be included. As a guideline, our logistic partners offer the following:

1. DHL Express Only
   
   ShopandBox in partnership with DHL Express offer one of the most competitive shipping rates for our popular routes. All DHL Express shipments include a tracking number, one for each order (known as Airway Bill – AWB). Your assigned Boxer will provide you with the tracking number once your box(es) have been shipped out.
   
   DHL Express also offers insurance as an optional service. This service cost varies from country to country that DHL Express operates in. As a guide, DHL Express insurance is approximately USD$13 per shipment up to USD$1,000 or 1.5% of the stated shipment value. For more information, refer to the DHL Express site and select your local country site.
   
   
2. FedEx Priority or FedEx Economy 
   
   
3. USPS International
   
   
4. Any other logistics options
   

Insurance options varies depending on the logistics company that service the shopping route from the Boxer’s country to the Shopper’s country. Speak to your Boxer about what these options are.
