Good things are hard to find! Sometimes the product or item you’d like to buy goes out of stock (OOS).

Your assigned Boxer will notify you if this happens and offer you an alternative option – whether it may be colour, size or something exciting and new altogether!

If the item you would like to purchase is coming back soon, feel free to create a new Order with the separate item(s). This is so your Boxer can send you what they have so far and you wouldn’t have to wait for your goodies box!

Handy Tip: Maximise on your shipping – if an item is out of stock, replace it with something else of similar weight so you do not have to pay any additional shipping!
