All Boxers go through an on-boarding exercise with ShopandBox to learn how to make the most out of helping our Shoppers and are best placed to help you through the process.
Boxers will communicate with ShopandBox for advice and guidance if they are unable to resolve. If both Shopper and Boxer get into a dispute, ShopandBox will step in to provide mediation in extenuating circumstances only.
