Here’s what would happen if you want to cancel your order:
Before Invoice #1 is paid:
Shoppers are free to cancel an order before Invoice #1 is paid.
Do let your assigned Boxer know that you would like to cancel your Order immediately.
Before your Order is shipped to you:
Shoppers must notify their assigned Boxer immediately. Your assigned Boxer will attempt to return / refund the items purchased to the merchant or supplier (minus any restocking fee or domestic shipping charges from the Boxer to the merchant).
As your Boxer has already spent the time and effort to purchase your items, you will be charged the Service Fee (based on the cost of items outlined in Invoice #1) and any Shopper Boxer Negotiated Fee agreed with your Boxer.
You will be refunded the difference once your assigned Boxer has returned / refunded all the order items and notify you of the outcome. Do keep in mind that some stores have a long refunds process and this may take time for your Boxer to return / refund your items. Any refunds to you will incur a PayPal transaction fee if it is more than 55 days from when you have paid for the invoice.

Shoppers must notify their assigned Boxer immediately and make arrangements to send the items back to your Boxer at the Shopper’s own cost. Your assigned Boxer will attempt to return / refund the items purchased to the merchant or supplier (minus any restocking fee or domestic shipping charges from the Boxer to the merchant).
As your Boxer has already spent the time and effort to purchase your items , the Service Fee (based on the cost of the items outlined in Invoice #1) and any Shopper Boxer Negotiated Fee is non-refundable.
