Q: What happens if my invoice is more than my gift card? A) In the event the invoice is larger than your gift card value, you will be required to pay for the balance for the invoice after the value of the gift card is deducted from the invoice. Q) What happens if my invoice is less than my gift card? A) Should your gift card value be larger than the invoice, the total of the invoice will be deducted from the gift card, and the remaining value will be stored within the same gift card. To check the balance of your gift card, you can see it under your profile page here Q) What if my order is another currency besides USD? Can I still use my gift card? A) For payments of invoices in other currencies besides USD, the currency of the order will be converted to USD based on the daily foreign currency exchange rate supplied via PayPal will be applied to the invoice and deducted accordingly. Q) Do gift cards expire? A) Gift cards have a one year validity period upon date of purchase. Q) Can I use more than one gift card per order? A) You can only use one gift card per payment of each invoice. You are not able to enter multiple gift cards for the payment of an invoice. However, you can use the same gift card to pay for Invoice 1 and 2 of an order should there be a remaining balance in the gift card. Q) What is the difference between a gift card and a voucher? A) A Gift card can be purchased as a gift for someone and can be used upon payment of Invoice 1 (cost of items) or 2 (service fee and international shipping) for your current order or future orders. Vouchers can only be used upon payment of Invoice 2 and will only be sent via email from the ShopandBox admin team. You are not able to purchase vouchers via the website.
