ShopandBox enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding all forms of discrimination, harassment and/or abuse.

Non-discrimination
It is unacceptable to refuse to provide or accept services based on a person’s race, religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or age or any other characteristics protected under applicable laws. This type of behaviour can result in direct and permanent loss of access to the ShopandBox site and services.

No aggressive behaviour
It is disrespectful to make derogatory remakes about a person. Additionally, commenting on appearance, asking overly personal questions and making unwanted and insulting remarks about a person’s demeanour and characteristic are all inappropriate. We encourage users to be mindful of other’s privacy and personal information. Threats and belligerent actions by users will not be tolerated.

Respect and courtesy
Fair, calm and clear communication is the most effective way to resolve any disagreements that may arrive between Shoppers and Boxers. ShopandBox expects all users to treat each other with common courtesy, kindness and respect.
